WELCOME and THANK YOU for taking the time to view our crowdfunding campaign. We spent over a decade in the "development" stage, for the sole purpose of making sure our project is a professional one. It was never easy to hear that the script wasn't ready, or that the teaser trailers needed more work. But we put our pride aside and were humble enough, to accept the constructive criticism of industry professionals. Carole Dean our Fiscal Sponsor is one of them. Her knowledge in this business is astonishing. From the Heart Productions! When I first landed on her doorstep, I was about as amateurish as one can get. I wrote a book series where one book, turned into eight. I knew I wanted to see them come to life on the big screen. But entering the film industry was nothing like the book industry. Still, once I took that first step toward "tinsel town," there was no turning back. I was hooked! I didn't know what that meant, but I found out quick that the film industry is one of magic and wonder, and yet, it is also one of hard work, perseverance and the need for a tough skin. As it is said, "If it were easy, everyone would do it!" Many start their film projects blindly like I did, and for whatever reason throw in the towel. But I am so committed to my project, we will see it though to, "The End."  We have been working on this for over thirteen years. Turning back, after we are so close to pre-production, would be like practicing for the Olympics and without a good reason, deciding not to compete. It would be devastating and a tremendous waste of time. So please understand, we will use your donation to further our project as we cross over into pre-production. It is a huge milestone for us for sure, and we are ever so thankful that you are helping us to make that happen. 

 

The Proof of Concept video, is a montage of different scenes with some of our characters, time periods and locations. It is a great way to get acclimated to our story. There are also the Summer Ray books, which for the specified donation amount (below), you will actually get the first volume as a perk.
